Reflective Retreats

At their best, retreats revitalize a group and its sense of common purpose. People come away with a clear sense of what is supposed to happen next. Even those who may know each other well have new insights. On the other hand, a retreat can be diffuse and result in little other than a pleasant – or unpleasant! – day or two away.
